Setting up one computer by hand is okay, and maybe even fun. Setting up three by hand is cumbersome. Setting up hundreds or thousands by hand would be a nightmare. That's where we come in.

Securely create, load and manage custom images onto the client systems you purchase, making it easy to transition and easy to deploy new system hardware. Jenesis Computers has fully integrated system imaging into our process, so that the images you create can be seamlessly applied to your systems in one of our 10,000-square-foot warehouses after purchasing. Additionally, by allowing you to focus on the management of a single image that works across multiple platforms and departments, and by substantially automating much of this work, Jenesis can streamline image management and enable more robust client images. Once your image is with us, it can be ready to work with future PC or Mac hardware platforms, greatly reducing the time and cost it takes to transition.

Deploying systems for local and remote users, as well as creating images with us, can save your IT staff a considerable amount of time.

Using Jenesis' services prompts you to import, create, and manage images; upload and manage components; and download images and drivers. Depending on your needs, you can import and/or build images to your specifications. Additionally, images can be downloaded for validation in your environment. This helps to ensure a consistent software build throughout your organization and helps you meet any licensing and compliance requirements.

Jenesis can provide a fully-functional image ready for system deployment, according to your specifications. Years of experience constructing images for varying customers and needs have led to a standardized process and practice for imaging. Our consultants are skilled at scripting and providing cross-platform imaging, using all the top computer manufacturers and Microsoft, Apple, and/or open-source technologies. This helps ensure the image is right the first time, to help you get a fully functional image ready for system deployment.

On-site labor

We have no problem sending a technician out to your offices. All on-site labor is billed at $75 per hour, and there are no diagnostic fees.

Businesses should contact us directly for special, big deal pricing. Local, state, and federal government agencies will have the terms of pricing supplied by the appropriate state contract.

In-house labor

Save a few bucks and bring your computer, printer, or other piece of equipment to our Plainville office. All in-house labor is billed at $60 per hour. In addition, a diagnostic fee is required when the equipment is dropped off:

Payment Options

We accept cash, check, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and Diners Club credit or debit cards. All labor is billed at minimum one hour.

We are open weekdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but closed on most holidays.

If you require after-hours service, please arrange it with us at least twenty-four hours in advance. You can also use our Service Request System to submit a help ticket at any time of the day or night.
