When Jenesis Computers was founded in 1994, computers were user-unfriendly beige boxes, limited to the realms of offices and universities' computer labs. Some computers had a mouse, but the majority of users faced a keyboard and a black screen.

Today, on the other hand, computers have become ubiquitous devices that sit on your desk, lay on your lap, and fit in your pocket. Computer literacy is no longer an option. Luckily, Jenesis Computers is here for you. Whether you're considering purchasing a new or used computer, would like your computer problems solved, or even just need to chat with a technician, Jenesis Computers' certified technicians are here to keep you connected in this digital age.

Professional diagnosis.

For a small diagnostic fee, we'll have one of our certified technicians carefully inspect your computer or printer, and inform you of the problem and our recommended course of action. Should you choose to have us perform the repair, this down payment will go toward the cost of the repair. Our diagnostic fees are as follows:

In-store or at-home labor.

House icon Customers are more than welcome to bring something down to our Plainville office to have it examined. However, there are also cases where a problem is best observed in its natural environment. At your behest, we'll send at least one qualified technician to your home or office. We do charge for our labor:
